  • Share direct links to our recipes on social media (welcome and encouraged!)

What You May NOT Do

  • Copy and paste the full text of our recipes on other websites, blogs, or social media accounts
  • Repost our photographs on other websites, blogs, or social media accounts without written permission

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

  • Spam and Abuse:
    • Posting spam, promotional content, or irrelevant comments
    • Sending unsolicited commercial messages through the Site’s contact form or comment sections
  • Malware and Hacking:
    • Transmitting any viruses, worms, malware, or any other malicious code
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or any connected systems
  • Automated Access:
    • Using any automated tools, scripts, or technology to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission
  • Impersonation:
    • Impersonating or attempting to impersonate ElaraGuides, our staff, or another user

License Grant

14. Dispute Resolution
